Inside the Canopy of Trees
It was my first time hiking Manoa Falls. It was one of those hikes that was always close to where I lived. It was so accessible that I just never got around to checking it out. However, every turn was a new discovery of vegetation and a new scenery to look at.
This hike was ultimately very easy, mostly primitive but walked so much that it almost seemed paved. No tricks or confusing parts. Very straightforward.
- Vines climb to the top of the canopy
- Sunset through the trees
- This isn’t wilderness, this is just Hawaii
- Manoa Falls
- Romance at Manoa Falls
- Hiking to the falls
- The canopy breathes, smothering you in oxygen
- A better sense of scale
- Beautiful flowers
- Rivers cut through the thick jungle
- Too much going on
- Into the clouds
- Landscape of the massive trees
- Of course, Lord Buddha, keeping it trill.
Sunset from inside the canopy.
